Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- International: 7–20 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. karigran is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refund & Return Policy
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
